FINES REMOVAL WITH ERIN FINGERSCREENER

Everything starts here. C&D fines are heavy and expensive to haul to landfills and need to be removed in order to manually sort products.

Step 1: feed the onlydouble-deck Fingerscreener on the market. After all, your "site real-estate" is valuable! With the Erin Fingerscreener 206, you get 240 square feet of screening surface in just 20' of screen length!

A range of bottom deck screens are available such as Cascade fingers, square mesh, hex screen.

Erin Fingerscreeners are uniquely designed to be direct-loaded. However, an apron feed conveyor can be used to regulate the material flow to the Fingerscreener and sort line.

For those wanting to recycle more than 100 tph, Erin Recycling features two in-line, stepped Erin Fingerscreener 206's, feeding two sort lines (A and B) for unequaled system throughput! See Step 2 ('Sorting').

The Erin Fingerscreener is uniquely able to screen down to 1" minus, in one pass.
Erin Fingerscreeners™ have over 100,000 hours of successful operation in C&D recycling, operating now on 4 continents.
The Erin Fingerscreener™ has always been designed & built as a double-deck screen and a direct-load screen. Less equipment means lower capital investment, lower maintenance, and smaller equipment footprint!
The double-deck Erin Fingerscreener™ also means that our customers can either feed a 1 line or 2 line system, in one pass, with just one screener!
